Andrew believes very strongly in the benefits of exercise in the maintenance of a healthy body and mind, and for the prevention and treatment of many health conditions.

Andrew enjoys keeping fit and runs the Living Longer, Living Stronger (LLLS) exercise classes at the centre. He enjoys travel and has travelled overseas extensively in the past. He is also a hobby photographer in his spare time, with a particular focus on coastal landscapes, cityscape, night photography and street photography.
