Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a low impact walking exercise which provides a high fitness total body workout.

It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and performed on a variety of terrains.

Nordic Walking has shown to have greater health benefits than regular walking, trekking and jogging. These include:

  • Activates 90% of the body’s muscles
  • Burns up to 46% more calories than regular walking
  • Increases aerobic effect by up to 25% compared to regular walking
  • Decreases load and strain on the lower body
