Feldenkrais
During a Feldenkrais ‘Awareness Through Movement Lesson’, the practitioner verbally guides the students through a series of movements to help them:
- Learn ways to identify and release habitual patterns of muscular tension
- Explore more efficient and integrated patterns of movement
so that they may
- increase movement options
- develop greater flexibility and coordination
- reduce tension and fatigue
- improve the comfort and ease of movement.
